Pure copper hammered and hand stamped bracelet.
This bracelet is completely hand forged and textured. A dark patina is added for depth and a rugged, weathered look.
The bracelet measures 0.8"/2cm wide, and 6"/15cm long.
This cuff fits the average female wrist, and can be gently flexed for a customized fit.
Copper will naturally develop a tarnish (otherwise known as patina) when it comes into contact with natural skin oils as well as other substances (perfumes, lotions etc). The colour and depth of the patina will vary depending and may be stronger for some and weaker for others. You can clean the tarnish from a copper cuff using everyday household items such as buffing the cuff with a mixture made of salt and white vinegar.
As with all of my jewellery, I only use the highest quality materials in my work. Please be aware that each piece of jewellery I make by hand consists of raw precious metal. You can expect slight variations or inclusions, thus adding to each piece's uniquely original, soulful, and luxurious feel. Each ring is unique and meant to create its own patina over time with use.
My metal is pure and raw just as nature intended. I don't plate, dip or coat the metal.
Oxidation is not permanent! This ring will change in appearance, especially with daily wear. It will wear off in the high areas over time causing a patina that is unique to the piece. For best results, remove ring when washing hands, showering and swimming. Detergents and soaps will remove the oxidation.
